Security Associates International malfunctioning alarm system Arlington Heights Illinois

Apex Alarm Company had sent out teams to go door to door selling what they claimed to be a state of the art system. The sales gimmick was an upgrade from the previous system I had (Global alarm) at little to know cost difference to what I had already. I agreed to change out the system and they had a crew of installers ready to work needless to say they finally finished and left at midnight. In the agreement I had one motion detector that couldn't be installed do to the fact I was waiting for the door to arrive to secure that addition.

So they left this in the box and I put it on the shelf in my office. There it sat in the box. Within a week that zone had tripped several times since then it has been installed also tripping that zone. I have called many times over to the alarm company and they had me make an adjustment still same problem I had to request they replace the sensor. a tech came out replaced that zone still having problems not to mention how many false alarm fines the police dept has gave me. At this point Im fed up with SAI. It clear that the signal is faulty in the main control. I had requested that they replace that or just come get the alarm because my other one worked better (Global Alarm Co) they said that would be fine but leaving the contract early I would have to pay 1200.00. I was flabbergasted that they would say I would have to pay for leaving the contract early. (They haven't fulfilled the contract) I have an alarm that hasn't worked correctly from the first day. Ive called and left messages for the supervisor that could ok that. Till this day I have a bill of goods thats an s good as garbage and they haven't fulfilled their contract or returned my calls
