Security Associates International took hundreds of dollars, (daily) from my debit card, repeatedly, took months to get my money back Arlington Heights Illinois

I was with APEX ALARM company for a year and a half and had arranged for automatic deductions from my debit card. Paid every month and all was well until they switched their billing to SECURITY ASSOCIATED INTERNATIONAL.

Out of the blue hundreds of dollars were being taken from my debit card. 11 hits in one day, 5 the very next day, 4 the next, etc. By the time I got to my bank to stop any further damage they had taken around $900.00 from my debit account and my bank said they would investigate the outrageous charges. It took months to finally get my money back and when I sent a letter asking my contract be cancelled, Walter Anderson, (collections manager) called me and apoligized for the terrible misunderstanding claiming that APEX ALARM had "forgotten" to inform SAI that I had paid any money for the year and a half! And smoothed talked me with an offer of 2 months free, and a check for 2 months for my inconvience. Now Walter Anderson is no where to be found and SAI has hired ANDERSON CRENSHAW & ASSOCIATES, (see rip off report about them) who has threatened to damage my good credit history if I don't sens them a check for $1000.00.
