SECURUS TECH IS THE BIGGEST RIPOFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH NAME WAS ASHLEY. SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT BE REFUNDED AND TO TOP IT OFF SHE SAYS SHE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. I THINK THIS IS A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS AND SOMETHING WILL BE DID ABOUT IT. I'M CURRENTLY SEEKING HELP IF ANYONE KNOW WHERE I SHOULD START LOOKING PLEASE CONTACT ME.
