Securus tech charged me for services that were never given to me. I have not recieved a refund or assistance from securus tech to correct the situation. It seems as if Securus tech is allowed to go into your account and take whatever funds they desire without any accountability whatsoever. I haven't spoken to my son in months because of securus tech taking my money.
