*General Comment: You won't get a refund
I paid 50.00 for membership in a reduced drug program. They then pulled 60.00 out of my account monthly and were suppose to send me my meds monthly.
They never sent me any meds though I contacted them monthly. This went on for 5 months, though after 3 months they told me they would stop taking money out of my account until they worked out the problem.
They did not stop so I had to change my account info to stop it. I then called for a refund and they told me I had to write them a letter explaining the problem. After writing the letter to them they sent me a letter back saying I would not get anything back as I didn't cancel within 30 days.

This is ridiculous! This company has scammed so many of us. I DID cancel within the first 30 days. I sent back the packet certified mail, unused and unaltered and was told that I would receive a refund.
I sent a letter to Brad Williams which went unanswered as well. They kept my $50.00 fee plus $60.00 for medications I never received and I never signed a contract. The advocate told me that I would get a FULL refund if I decided to cancel, but it was all lies. Brad says they keep your money for all the work they've done. They can't legally keep money for prescriptions that we never got!!
The lady told me each prescription would be $20.00 each, but when you get the packet it says, "We don't charge you for prescriptions, we charge you for our services." I have kept records of everything, just waiting for that class action suit.
