Selectcare Benefits Network - SCBN SELECTCARE BENEFITS NETWORK Spoke to someone named Fredie, he explained this over the phone, told us when we got packet we could cancel if we changed our mind, we canceled and they kept our money, for registration and medicine. AUSTIN, Texas

We were told when we got the packet we would have a chance to cancel, but we returned the packet by Certified mail, then received a letter that they were not going to refund any of the money. They kept the membership fee plus the money for the insulin, this is not right. I am low income and was only looking for help with my medicine, and these people stole from me, they should have at least given the money back for my meds.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have spent some time going over your case with our Advocate Team, and I think that you will find the resolution to meet your expectations.

You signed up for our advocacy services and we mailed you the new member kit along with your discount card. It is unfortunate that you chose to cancel in your first 30 days. Select Care allows any member to cancel during this time if they return the kit, but no refund is available as advocacy services have already begun in good faith. We are still committed to helping you procur your medications and if you want to take advantage of what you signed up for originally then we are pleased to help.



We are certainly happy to offer you a free month of membership so that you can get the medications. We are confident that in this time period of using your membership, you will not only receive your medications but also be very happy with our ability to assist you in receiving your medications.
