Being unemployed and requiring over 1200$/month of script medications I thought SCBN was a Godsend. SOOO not true. As soon as I looked at the packet and saw this was a supplemental coverage I was very upset. I returned the entire packet without signing anything. After approximately 1 week I rec'd a letter that said the "membership" was nonrefundable and that I gave permission on the phone. I do not recall giving "membership" dues  approval but I do remember the packet was going to arrive.  I was read some really long information . I want to hear the tape with my giving approval. I got a letter today stating I am in a membership which is non refundable, or partially refundable. I tried calling the phone #-no answer despite it stating the time they are open. It was during their regular hours. I plan to report them to the BBB and hope people read this before they buy into this SCAM!!! It's a shame people prey on those who need it most. I don't need more bills, I need less.
