when I got my packet I had some questions so I called customer service 3 times in a week and they never called me back so I decided not to do business with them. I sent the packet back, as they said,not written on and within 30 days. Then I went to my bank and found they had already charged my account a second time! so I closed the account. never heard from them yet. I wonder how many people get riped off and never report them.
