We have a home warranty with sensible home warranty. We filed a claim 9 days ago- plumbing issue. Was told we would get a call from a technician in 24-48 hrs. Have made 11 calls, several emails with no response or service. Spoke with 2 managers with no results- after being promised we would have some one to our house for service. Just a bunch of lies and smoke and mirrors. Just want a refund for the next 2 yrs of the contract. Sent email which I feel will go unanswered. Contacted BBB and our attorney general. This company is nothing but a scam and unethical liars.

Sensible Home Warranty This company has a great sales pitch - that is all they have. I signed up for a 1 year home warranty. After a few months, I needed an electrician for 2 electrical issues that were covered the Home Warranty. I called at least 5 times. No one ever returns calls and no electrician seems to want to work with them. I then needed a plumber. Same problem. No one to help, no return calls, NOTHING! This happened 3 times over the course of the year. T^his company did nothing except collect the policy premium. I feel ripped off and angry with these lowlifes. Nevada

This is a structured set of scam companies. People are lured in by 2 purely objective-looking home warranty review websites. The scam companies are rated the highest with all kinds of great reviews. But if someone were to look at TRUE business review sites, they would get a TRUE picture of the scam. BBB rates them F; YELP is almost ALL 1 of 5 ratings. BBB shows they have 1222 formal complaints filed against them in 12 months. The State of Washington and Oklahoma has BANNED them from doing business in their state.
