sensible home warranty Warning!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this ripoff of a company. Sparks Nv and ny nv and ny

 My fridge stopped cooling. I called sensible home warranty to file a claim.

I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before someone would be out to fix it.

All of my food was going to spoil. I got in touch with a manager and was told that i could have my own repair man fix it.

That they would send me a refund check. He came out, said it needed a new fan, it would cost just over $400.00.

I called manager back to get approval. She said fine. It was fixed. This was on 9/24/13. I am still waiting for my check.

I have called, e-mailed, begged, faxed and pleaded with these people. I have called at least 20 times.

I get nothing but the run around. I have e-mailed with Simon , he is supposed to be the manager.

He has never bothered to even call me. When I finally threatened to get the government and a lawyer involved he said the

issuue would be resolved by the end of the week. That would of been the week of Nov. 22nd. NO CHECK!!! SHOCKING!!

I found another web site that had over 1200 complaints on this one company. I do not understand how they are still allowed

to scam and steal from the american public!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally out raged. I guess they think poeple will get so fed up, they will just go away.

Not going to happen. I guess my next step is contacting American Express and hope they can help me get some of my

money back. Then I will need to contact my lawyer and figure out who to contact in our government and file complaint.

Very sad that this company is allowed to continue to take poeple hard earned money.
