We contacted Sensible in March 2013 to get our refrigerator repaired, was told we had to get our own contractor and they would reimburse us.

On April 1 we contacted them and provided necessary data.

It is Dec 5 and still have NOT received our reimbursement!  We filed a formal complaint with the BBB in Nov.  They have not received a response either.

Sensible Home Warranty This company has a great sales pitch - that is all they have. I signed up for a 1 year home warranty. After a few months, I needed an electrician for 2 electrical issues that were covered the Home Warranty. I called at least 5 times. No one ever returns calls and no electrician seems to want to work with them. I then needed a plumber. Same problem. No one to help, no return calls, NOTHING! This happened 3 times over the course of the year. T^his company did nothing except collect the policy premium. I feel ripped off and angry with these lowlifes. Nevada
