Sensible Home Warranty Bad Company Sparks Nevada

I called Sensible to repair a leak in the ceiling. They contacted a company in Matthews NC (Generation Service Group). The contractor came and cut a hole in the ceiling and left. They stated they would come back the next day on November 8. Today is December 19th and nothing has been done and the contractor never came back.

When I call Sensible, I keep hearing what everyone else hears “Vendor Relations" will take care of it. There is never a supervisor for us to speak with. The representatives will not give you Vendor Relations phone number and I have been told a supervisor will call me back, which never happens. In my files it states Vendor Relations has contacted the service company and they will be out the next day.

I called the Service Company only to find out the company is no longer in business and have a very bad rating with the BBB.  So I'm wondering who is Sensible calling and why will they keep calling a company that has not provided services as promised.

Sensible and Generation Service Group of Matthews NC are complete frauds. Stay away from them. I am trying to cancel and get my money back but the service rep does not who I need to call to do that. Also, the reps are supposed to be in Sparks NV but they cannot name one street in Sparks NV.
