Shopper Discounts They took unauthorized money from me Internet

I made an on line purchase from ultra90.com and then all of a sudden I am getting charges from shopper discounts for $10 a month for 3 months in a row. I first called the 800 number on the shopper discounts web page and they disconnected me. I tried again the second month to get it resolved emailing their customer service and calling, nothing. So the third month I went to my bank and filled out a discrepancy form, and finally was reimbursed for the full amount. I contacted ultra90.com to let them know this had happened to me, that was an ordeal too. The girl I spoke with became argumentative with me and insisted that this couldn't have happened on their website as there hadn't been any other complaints,and that they have a secure website. I tried to tell her that I was just letting her know so that if they had any other issues they would be aware. All she wanted to do was argue with me that it couldn't have happened on their site. I have only made 3 online purchases in my life, July of 2007, Feb of 2008, and April 2008, the fees started coming out in March of 2008. It states right on shopper discounts web site that they get their information from web partners. The girl at ultra90.com said they were not web partners with anyone. Seems a little fishy to me....Keep an eye on your accounts and go directly to your bank, shopper discounts has deals with companies that don't even know they have deals with them, and they will take your money!!!
