simplefilings a real rip off/waste of money and time Internet

my husband lost his social security card. i went on line to find out some information on repalcement. came upon simplefilings.com. foolishly i paid $48.00 to file for a new one. what a waste of money and time. i still have to go with my handicapped husband to get a new one in person. i called simplefilings to complain and get a refund. the operator was rude and defended her company when i said i was going to file a complaint with bbb. she said we have a aaa rating. then i found this site to complain about my ripoff. i am still going to file with bbb.

i called simplefilings this am to complain about the charge for something i could have done on my own. they were very nasty and when i said i was going to report them to bbb they said they had a aaa rating. i said i would call back and ask for a supervisor. in the meantime i was searching the web for info. on this company and found this site-ripoff. i wrote my story. then i called simplefilings to ask for a supervisor to continue my complaint and to get my refund. the operator asked for my order no. then she said that a refund had been issued. i changed my complaint to a compliment. however, be aware that what they offer needs to be carefully scrutinized and the fine print on their site must be read. what they offer can be done without their fee charge. if you want something done right, do it yourself.
