Got directed to this company from Oregon government website to obtain an EIN (Employer Identification Number). The fee was $177. The EIN was not obtained due to my business already having an EIN but my LLC had lapsed. They refunded 127 dollars and kept 50 for an automated filing system. Shame on Oregon for letting them in and not directing a new business owner directly to the IRS website where it can be filed for free in the exact same manner and script. They should refund the entire amount because I did not recieve the product.
