Skyline Publishing Business owners beware of fraud and threats Internet

We are not going to argue on a a website that does not validate whether what people write on here is accurate or not. All we would like to say is that we have proof of everything we do here and if Ms. C. would like to speak with us she is more than welcome to call us and voice her opinion and we will help her. If she feels the need to continue bad mouthing us all over the internet then that is her choice. We do not resort to that type of behavior. If Ms. C would like to hear herself being told the call was recorded and hear herself ordering the ad then she can call us and we will let her listen to it. We would recommend to anyone that you get the facts before slandering a company on the internet and also get the facts before believing anything you read on the internet. You know what thay say about believing everything you read!! This website does not validate anything on the site and anyone can make up anything about anyone or any company they'd like. I can go on here and make up a company and make up lies and no one would know if it was true or not. Remember this when reading these articles.

I am still receiving phone calls and threats from Jennifer. I have reported them to the authorities and verified through the McKinney Visitor Information Center and Chamber of Commerce that no such map ads exist in this city. I never gave permission to be recorded, there are no maps and I am not paying for a scam!

I am responding to this complaint because it is not at all true. We do record every verification call as a protection for the customer and for ourselves. Since the call is recorded we can show the customer that they did purchase the ad and we can also make sure they did. If a customer says they did not order the ad or did not agree to it the recording is the proof that they did or didn't. Also, we tell every customer they are being recorded at the beginning of the call which is 100% legal. We send the first invoice out the day they order it and another invoice with the proof map. If the customer chooses to ignore those then it's not our fault. We do not hide anything and do not trick people into letting us record them. It might be helpful to Ms. C. if she checked her facts before making a complaint on the internet about a company she obviously knows nothing about. We also spend tens of thousands of dollars every year on shipping costs for all the publications we send out. It is untrue for Ms. C. to say that we do not print the publications because we do and we distribute them to the places we have set up. If Ms. C. wants a list she is more than welcome to let us know and we will get her the detailed list of the places they were sent and who they were sent to. If Ms. C paid her bill she would receive some maps as well. It is interesting that there is a website out there where anyone can make up lies about a company just to hurt them. It's sad that some people feel the need to do this. Also I wanted to point out that the phone number Ms. C. has listed for us is not even our number or the area code we are in so maybe she is confused as to who she is complaining about. We are more than happy to send Ms. C the recording of her being told she was being recorded and her agreeing to purchase the ad. Again if Ms. C would like to deal with us directly about any issues she has we would be more than happy to help her but if she still feels the need to bad mouth a company on the internet then I guess there really is nothing to do but continue to produce the best publications we can and do business with our over 60,000 happy repeat customers!
