Skyline Publishing Failure to provide proof of existance or distribution of advertising material Peoria, Illinois

Ummm, excuse me, ...but, ....are you adding insult to injury by calling me a liar? I think it's a little bit strange that someone finally responds to this review .....so many years after the fact. Because, ...if you would like to lock horns and go head to head on this, ....no problem. I can provide documentation and witnesses to back up my claim.

Please, feel free to respond if you would like to accept this challenge. Yes. I'm still here. And, I would be more than happy to oblige. Things have changed since then. I now keep a killer attorney on retainer at all times. Otherwise, ...I would advise you not question my honor and credibility again.

According to this complaint the individual claims that Skyline Publishing never gave specific locations of distribution of the product. I have personally worked for Skyline Publishing for over 7 years and have worked in customer service handling these types of calls. I have never seen or heard of anyone telling a customer no they would not supply them with the distribution locations. Why would we not tell customers where we distribute them?

We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars of shipping each year so the books are going somewhere. I am guessing this customer was upset at the time and just decided to get their frustration out on the company by slandering online. I would suppose as the complaint is old that the customer received the distribution list and paid the invoice. We always have distribution lists ready and available for any customer who asks. We like any company want to get paid for the service we provide so if someone wants proof of something we give it. Plain and simple.
