Smartbomb.com Smartbomb Horrible Experience! Stay far away! Internet

Ordered a product over a month ago which they never shipped (said it was backordered - though they processed my payment immediately).  Several weeks later, I tried calling them, emailing them, and even FAXing them, to try to contact them and cancel the order since it obviously wasn't going to ship.  I heard nothing back from them at all.  Calling their 800 number was futile as the several times I tried over a week's period, their recording kept saying their systems were down and to leave a voicemail, which I did multiple times, but they never returned them.  They must have the WORST systems in the world for them to be "down" so long.  Finally, I filed a dispute with Paypal to refund my purchase price.  They didn't even respond to Paypal, so it was automatically decided in my favor.

Reading other recent online reviews shows I am definitely not alone.  Yet old, positive reviews abound so this must have at one time at least been a semi-legit/decent company, but something has happened/changed. 

Stay far away if you value your money or your time.
