SMC MANY ATTEMPTS IN 30 DAYS TO CANCEL NOW TURNED OVER TO COLLECTION!!!! Internet

i signed up for an smc membership over the phone and they did take the initial fee which was fine i did approve that amount,but within the 30 day trial period i made several attempts by email to terminate and all they did was give me the run around some shap or form i was sent emails and told i had the wrong email or it went to a dead link or unable to send!!!always an excuse!!!

now they have turned me over to collection and they just kept pulling money from my bank account.i never ever set up an oline smc account but they kept taking even though i never activated an account.i think it is very unfair to be turned over to collection since i was never an official member!!!now i am being hounded by collections to make this payment now or else!!
