Software Pros Bait and Switch - Online purchase of Avast Antivirus switch by Software Pros Internet

On 1/15/15 I 'thought' I was purchasing a version of Avast Anti-Virus software.  After I went through the choices for the version and additional protection, I was charged $70.94 on my credit card.  The download only included the 'free' version.  I received an email from Software Pro's thanking me for my recent subscription to Software Pro's and that as a member I will have access to the finest software downloads available....what????  I am not stupid nor am I new to computer's and the internet.  This is not what I 'clicked' on.

I went to their website and signed on.  the only thing available for me to download is the 'free' version I already have.  Of couse I called the phone number on the email.  Completely automated.  I did send an email to their support email but don't expect much.  

I'm not embarassed to say this is not the first time I've been scammed online.  Now since the laptops are not being fitted with DVD drives, all software has to be downloaded and the consumer needs protection from these scammers.

I am so tired of these greedy internet snakes that I am going to pursue this until I get a full refund and would like to join any class action suit that will try to put them out of business.  Shame on them.
