southwest credit sent me a settlement letter for verizon, I never had a verizon account carrollton Texas

I have been receiving numerous telephone calls from the company to collect a debt on behalf of verison wireless, they said that I had contact verizon's fraud department, I would need to file several personal dcouments, including a police report, however, I could not get any information regarding the debt. After collecting the information that verizon had listed in order to file a claim for fraud, I went on line to find Southwest Credit and had discovered that there were similar complaints by other consumers, that is when I stated a report with Ripoff report. I do not plan to submit any paperwork to this firm.

According to the police, I must have documentation that there is a valid claim before they will investigate. I cannot obtain this documentation.
