I purchased a plan on June 19 2013.  I called Stanley Warranty as directed in the agreement on July 28, 2013 after experiencing an emergency plumbing problem.  Stanley Warranty promises to "call back" within 48 hours. Customer service did call me back on Tuesday, July 30, but only promised that a contractor would contact me.     After several calls back, its mid-day Thursday, August 1.  The 4th day is passing and no follow up, no actions from Stanley Warranty.  

This is fraud.
