 Stanley Home Warranty (Safe Club) is a fraudlent home warranty website, company, business and is just existing to scam you out of money. I signed up in December 2013 after doing a comparison search. I had 2 other HWC before and SHW had ratings (supposedly) much better than both of them. So I went with them. My sales representitive Anthony was super nice and went out of his way to even give me his extension if i had a claim in the future. Well wouldnt you know it my heating went out and just after my 30 days thank goodness! Or so I thought. We went round and round waiting approval for service, then it was so cold, 40 I think and I asked if we paid for it can we get it fixed now instead of waiting and we get reimbursed? Of course you can, SHW says. Then after faxing proof of payment, it had to get approval from some dept. which takes a week. Then after that they have to make out the check which could take a day.  Basically expect the check 4-6 weeks. So a couple of months go by. I call, but you dont just get through. You get on hold, or leave a message and have to call back. When I speak to Anthony, (still believing this gig is real) I explain how upset i am and I cant keep doing this. He puts me through to claims. I find out the check was never sent. And again I wait. In the meantime life is happening and im not thinking too much about this honestley. Forgetting the $72.99 they debit my account every month. Before I know it, its June. I call and by now i know something is wrong and i googled them. Which to my horror wasnt just a bad company. This entity was just that, non-tangible thing. They offer nothing but the ability to scam and deplete your bank account. Ghost Policies are what Stanley safe club offer. But it should be called Satan unsafe club up yours with warranties.
