Stay away from this company and do not ever sign up for their service plan(s)!!!!!!

When I signed up for their "ultimate" home protection plan, I was given a detailed summary in writing of all items covered.  Once the policy was in place and I tried to use it months later, it took them weeks to get a response back to me and another several weeks to get a repair person out to my home.  I have submitted three different claims for the following items: a garbage disposal, washing machine and hot water tank.  The repair persons that were sent to my home were so dis-satisfied with working with Stanley that they even said what a horrible company they are.  They have challenged every single claim and have tried to get out of repairing these items by saying they were not covered in my policy.  My washing machine claim is still outstanding after seven weeks, my disposal was not repaired and my hot water tank took 6 weeks to get someone out to fix it.

When you call in to place a claim, there is NEVER a live person to take your call.  You will go into a voicemail loop for a long time.  Try calling this number for their claims and see what I mean.  The number is 1-888-555-8123.  Once you get someone to return your call, they are rude and un-professional.  They do everything in their authority to try and deny every claim.  I have always had to escalate the call to a supervisor.  Sending emails to them is a joke.....they take weeks to return an email response.

This is the worse experience I have ever delt with in working with a company or business.  I do not make it a habit or take time out of my day to hunt down sites to register complaints, but this time I had to let the public know what type service this company offers.

DO NOT BUY ANY TYPE POLICY FROM THEM!!!!!
