Stanley Warranty Stanley Safe Club Failure to provide services as contracted for Englewood Cliff New Jersey

In January 2014 I obtained a service contract to repair or replace the applicances in my house.  On July 9 I filed a claim with Stanley requesting service to repair a refrigerator.  Two days later Stanley sent an E-mail stating a technican would contact me to schedule a time to make the repair.  Today is July 24, no one has called me.  I have tried to contact Stanley by phone, I get a recording and after 12 to 18 minutes the recording says "Good BY" and hangs up.  Stanley's add states "we cover you 24/7/365".  They do not response to E-mail but if you call to establish a service contract they answer the phone on the second or third ring.
