We purchased a 2 year home warranty with Stanley Home Warranty.  We needed repairs done to our pool pump/ filter.  We were given the okay to have the work done.  We had to get the pool guy Because they knew of no one.  We paid the pool guy and was told we would be reimbursed.  LIES!!! We were told the check was in the mail countless times.  Universal Ad. And Stanley are in lawsuit so we won't get are money back.

Jack Wainwright does not return calls at Universal Administrators.  We cancelled our policy and they won't refund us the policy either.  We are out over $1,600.00.  It has been a HORRIBLE experience.  Both of these companies lie constantly and their customer service reps are rude and obnoxious.  I want to know if a class  action lawsuit can be filed against them and how to get in on it!

This company is a scam, they do not pay out claims and do not answer calls or they promise to contact the customer and never do. 

My own experience with them is the same as others report. I have submitted approved claim for the microwave payout in February of 2013 and was not able to get in touch with anyone - after calling for 3 months and leaving multiple voice messages for different people. I wasted probably over 8 hours trying to contact them over the past year. I contacted BBB in August 2013, and Jack W. replied that they would process my microwave claim - it was in September 2013, and now already January 2014 and no check. I cancelled policy that was renewed wthout my consent and it took miltuple calls to get refund processed.

   In addition, we have submitted additional work orders and claims for 2 properties covered under this warranty and never received any service or reimbursements requested in line with authorized services. This company is a  scam and needs to be brought to justice by many users it has scammed and taken advantage of! Both of these companies lie constantly, waste customers time and take money, and their customer service reps are rude and obnoxious.  I want to know if a class action lawsuit can be filed against them and how to get in on it!

I am trying to get a class action lawsuit going with this company. My heat went out in my home December 24, 2013 called and no one answered the phone. Put in claim online no one responded either. It was very cold so I called a tech out and paid for it out of pocket. Faxed the receipt to Stanley, said they would cover $250 of the claim. Well it's 4 months later and I haven't received a check. I've called numerous of times and keep getting put on hold or lied too. Please lets all work together together to avoid other people from buying from this company.
