This company is the worst or the worst.  They will not return phone calls.  They shorted my last warranty repair because they "do not pay shipping".  It was not our fault their local supplier did not have the parts !! 

They will not return phone calls and play games with the payments.  Obviously this is a shoe-string company who must rely on ignoring, cheating and bullying people into dropping their claims!

Also -  the "alleged" vice president Mr. Gabriel Collins will not take nor will he return phone calls.  I have repeatedly asked for a copy of my warranty document, only to be told they will send it but they never do. 

Most recent claim was July - it's now September & I still don't have my money. 

DO NOT do business with this company.  I have already filed a complaint with Whirlpool co. which manufactured my HVAC unit.

Beware of these people!!!!
