I purchased in 2015 and didn't renew it. In 2016 Universal Adminstrators renewed my contract without asking me. I called them and decided to renewed. I made a claim for a water problem. They fixed the problem but did not reimburse me as they were suppose to do. It's been 8 months and I haven't received a check for $390 yet. I get a different story each time I call. Now the phones are not working.
