STARVING THUGS & EX-CON MOVERS

Worst moving experience ever! I am a 6 time return customer. I had very positive experiences with this company prior. 

Here were the issues: No Full Disclosure, Lack of Communication, Horrible Business and Work Ethics. 

I scheduled the move one month prior to the move date. I talked to several staff several times before the move date. At no point in time did they fully disclose their new terms , conditions and policies: no open containers, and no trash bags that could be moved. 

On the day of the move the movers informed me that they had no idea what items I was moving. It was as if the dispatcher manager had never informed them of our needs. We were shocked to hear about the new policies after-the-fact. We immediately called the manager to resolve this issue. The manager from the start had an attitude, was very short, argumentative, unprofessional and seemed like he didn't care at all about our needs. After a long discussion he agreed to accommodate us, but made it seem like he was doing us a favor. He reprimanded his staff multiple times and misrepresented our requests. The staff became hostile toward us because they were being reprimanded by their manager. 

From the very beginning the movers seemed to be moving deliberately at a snails pace. There was only one person moving us for an hour and a half. They informed us that they had been sued before. The movers understood that we were not aware of the new policies but seemed to lack experience in customer service and did not make things easier in regards to resolving the issue. We clearly communicated to the movers that we did not have a problem with them but with their company's policies. Nevertheless, they quit the job and left us high and dry with no notice to book a new moving company on a holiday weekend. 

It is no surprise to us that they have been sued.
