Basically, this company picked up our furniture and household goods on 8/4/00 and we have yet to get delivery.

It has been over 30 days. We have been promised five different delivery dates and they have missed them all.

They don't return calls and they lie about the whereabouts of our furniture.

There are irreplaceable items on the truck including family mementos.

We have reported to BBB and to the California State Utilities Commission which oversees Movers in CA.

Starving Students Movers Terrible experience! Avoid at all cost. They did not even show up after 4 hours of telling me they were on the way. Then the crew called me directly and said they could do the move for money if I provided a truck. I never even received a call with an explanation or apology. I ended up renting a truck and moving myself. Richmond Virginia
