Starving Students Movers Lies, Deceit, not to mention POOR customer service! Los Angeles California

Should have done my homework! Lies, deceit and the poorest of customer service! No wonder the LA BBB gives this company an "F".

This company offered us the lowest price on a move from Arkansas to Arizona, after all the paper work, plane tickets to have "Our Agent" present at the pickup location we were told that "Another company would be making the pick up and that everythig else would stay as agreed upon.

The next thing we learn is that there is a new set of paperwork and the price has gone up over a $1000.00 over the original price and the pick up date has been moved 15 days futher out.

No explanation from Starving Students as to why they are unable to pick our goods as agreed upon. No return phone calls, no answer to our eMails!

In today's world, customer service is paramount. Starving Students Movers is in my opinion, "A company to stear clear of".
