STATE NATIONAL TRAINING This company specializes in RIPPING OFF consumers. I now have a collection account on my credit report that is demanding payment of $1,010 by a collection agency named CONRAD CREDIT CORP. I cancelled Voorhees, New Jersey

In 2008, Mr. Michael Bell of State National Training Service claimed that his company provided 
a study at home training course for Federal and State civil service jobs and that his company's course materials would result in obtaining employment by passing a civil service examination. I was told the materials were part of a government program.

I was also told that I could make a small downpayment because SNTS offered instant credit with no credit check and that I had a three day right to cancel. I proceeded but was not comfortable so I checked online, including at http://www.usajobs.com and found that Mr. Bells representations that his company's materials were a requirement to take a civil service exam for a State or Federal job were misleading and fradulant. 

When I received the materials I immediately phoned SNTS and was dismayed to find that SNTS was not answering their phones, I was finally able to contact Mr. Bell on the third day of repeated calling and told him I was cancelling the order and would immediately return all materials back to his company. Mr. Bell assured me that the order and installment contract was cancelled.

I thought that was the end of it until I recently had a credit report pulled and found that SNTS assigned this fradulent account to Conrad Credit Corp in the amount of $1,010
