State National Training Service SNTS - Misleading and SCAM! Voorhees, New Jersey

I am a college student and I heard about a program that was being offered and which claimed to help get a job with the federal government.  I went there where the SNTS representative/employee claimed to be a federal government employee and gave the distinct impression that this was government sponsored.  He told us that their course would help us do better on the civil service exams that were given for all government job positions and would increase our chances of getting a government job.  I was hesitant at first but this program gave me high hopes of having a better chance to get a government job and job security in this tough economy. 

I signed up for the program with a cost of $1000.  The first lesson contained basic material which I had learned and already knew.  I hoped that because this was the first lesson it was normal for it to be basic.  However, the second lesson also contained basic material and I began to suspect a scam.  I have since learned from usajobs.gov and actual federal government employees that the civil service exam is no longer used to apply and get a government job and hasn't been used for several years.  I was completely misled into believing their study-at-home course would increase my chances  of passing the civil service exams, which I now know haven't been used in a long time, and help me in getting a government job.  Such testing is done only for a very few positions now.

I was thoroughly misled and signed up for this course under false pretenses.  I have since then paid a lot of money, hundreds and hundreds of dollars, and I want a full refund and my money back.  My family and I had such high hopes for SNTS's course to help with my future job prospects and to find that it is all a lie is devastating and cruel.  Now I need this money to help take care of my family and continue to get a real education.  I hope that State National Training Service will do the right thing and give me a full refund and all of my money back.
