Summer Bay Resort SUMMER BAY RESORT BIG SCAM, DONT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE,REFUSE CANCELATION.. Clearmont Florida

I took my wife and my mother on a vacation to Orlando Fl. Somebody sold me a package vacation. When we arrived in Orlando we had to go to this presentation. The salesman was kind of rude when we didn't wanted to get the timeshare. She even told me that we couldn't stay there. She said let me see what can I do for you.

Then the scam started. Tactics like the manager will give a big discount, promising so many things. I really didn't knew what I was getting into. Finally with so many lies they convinced me to buy the timeshare. To get a vacation in the actual resort we need first to call 90 days prior to the time I want to go there.

They never told me that in the beginning. They got hidden charges like to become a RCI member otherwise you can not use your timeshare plus other expenses besides the monthly payment of $200.00. To call them is a problem from one number they transfer you to another department and so on. Because I didn't use it in the first year I had to pay a penalty.

My daughter wanted to go there because we haven't use it for 2 years I need to paid a fee to let my daughter go there. I tried to cancel the timeshare and they didn't allow me. They have my credit card number and my bank account number. I am afraid they will keep charging me. I really don't know what to do. They should put a stop to this kind of scams. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET RID OFF THIS TIMESHARE.
