SUMMER BAY RESORT SUMMERBAYS TIMESHARE SALES PRESENTATION CLERMONT Florida

First I must say I stayed at the Summer Bay resort for 1 week in Jan as an exchange, and the resort is very nice and the unit we had was everything I could have hoped for, and if it were not for the timeshare sales attempt all would have been great.But they ruined what would have been a fun week

But be forwarned,that the friendly greeting you will receive by the sales force quickly changes as soon as they realize that perhaps you are resisting the sales presentation. I was then treated very rude, i was told that I didnt follow the rules, none had ever been told to us. I was taken to the head lady and again told I didnt do as directed. It was all my fault.I objected to the treatment I was receiving and I was threatened that they would call security and because it was all my problem and i would be removed from the building

They didnt follow through with the gifts they promised, every excuse in heavens name is used to say we didnt follow the rules, even though when invited nothing was said that you had to stay at least 1.5 hours or more.

I were told that since I was a members of RCI I was concidered an owner and that I didnt tell them the truth, well i am not a owner at summer bay, but they said i lied to them. It was this lie that cause them a problem with registration, and this again was something I caused.

I would suggest not give them any personal info,including what other timeshare units you might own, it will be used as a ploy against you,and they will try to make you exchance it for one of their expensive units

FINALLY I suggest you read what others have had to say about this place,,LOOK for info everywhere on the internet, then decide
