Summer Bay Resort When I purchased my vacation package, they misrepresented the facts about it Clermont Florida

I responded to an advertising for a vacation package deal from Summer Bay Resort. After speaking to a sales rep and than a manager, I decided to purchase the package. The entire time I was on the phone with both the rep and the manager there was no mention of staying in the sister hotel or on the grounds hotel. In fact when I spoke to the manager, his pitch to me was " Why would you stay at an ordinary hotel with ordinary hotel accomodations when you can stay at a resort " With that I agreed to the package. When a woman came on to confirm everything, not only was her voice unclear at times, right when she got to the part of where I would be staying she caughed and than quickly said a sister hotel name. Being that there was no mention of any other hotel other than the actual resort itself, when asked if I agreed I said yes. Two weeks later when I called to book the reservation, I was told that I would not be staying at the Summer Bay Resort itself, and that I would be staing at the sister hotel , they named a few with standard hotel accomodations and if I infact wanted to upgrade and stay at the resort itself, than there would be an upgrade fee. When I expressed my outrage about misrepresentaion, they allowed me to listen to the recording in which I agreed to this. Again, I feel that this was misrepresented to me, since there was no mention of the sister hotel by the sales rep or the manager , and the recording was unclear, the only fair thing to do would be to either upgrade me to the resort itself for no fee or to issue me a full refund. But they refused to do so.
