Sundance Vacations Sandy Deceptive, overbearing, feel taken advantage of Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania
*Consumer Comment: What is Rescinding a timeshare?
After being pressured into signing a contract with Sundance Vacations, my fiance and I immediately felt regret about the situation. As we're planning our wedding right now, neither of our minds were 100% in the game until this week when I approached "Sandy" via email. I'm currently attempting correspondence through email, but she's insisting that I call her.
I'm currently in correspondence with ARDA and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in an attempt to find some resolution to this awful situation.
After a number of emails, I still haven't received any new responses from her.

What is Rescinding a timeshare?

What is Rescinding a timeshare?Rescinding a timeshare is a legal way to cancel a timeshare contract, sometimes with the possibility to get your money back and usually within a certain number of days, this depending on the place where you purchased the timeshare. In Mexico, there is a 5 day cancellation period, and even though some timeshare salespeople might ask you to sign away your right to cancel during the sales presentation, you still have the legal right to rescind.
