Susan Mycko Citizen USA TARGETS AND SCAMS Restaurant Owners Trying to Sell their Business to (Fake)Foreigners trying to get VISA into US! North Miami, Florida

 I am the original business owner who posted this report. In Susan's rebuttal she states that me and the other business owner (of the wireless store) who posted another rebuttal, are related. This is untrue. I don't know who he is however, I was in contact with another individual about a year ago who was ripped off by her in the same manner. I'm going to be contacting all of the people who have posted these reports against SUSAN MYCKO (and now there are several) and give my information to help their case against her. I advise all to do the same so we can see her where she belongs - behind bars! Incidentally someone else named "Irina" posted a rebuttal to back-up Susan's story, but it's quite obvious that Susan posted this herself. Nice try SUSAN MYCKO but no one is falling for your lies anymore!

Susan Mycko is the biggest scam artist I have ever seen.  The attorney general will not do anything until more come forward.  She has my $5,000 dollars and refuses to give back so if anyone want to turn her over to your attorney generals office and maybe finally put a end to this theft and blackmail once and for all. 

If anyone want more infomation just pull up her name under google and you will be amazed I wish I had done this before I gave this woman and her company my hard earned money.

 I have been doing my business pretty successfully for the past ten years with no complaints  until the the individuals on this rip-off report who, I might add, are all inter-related and know  one another.  First of all the amount to advertise a business on my web-site is even incorrect.

 I work with very real people, with very real visa needs to gain residency into the U.S.  I also  might add I have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.  This individual lied about the  numbers his business was doing and simply ran the business into the ground by the time my  client came here.  Having spent money for travel, attorneys etc. he believed he was entitled to  the deposit which I told him the seller was not in agreement with.  I made several calls to this  client to have perhaps mediation and no one ever called me back.  I also my add this person  went to the State Attorney's office, the BBB,  and Consumer Protection Agency and got nowhere.  I guess rif-off report is where you go when you have no recourse other than to bad mouth  someone but little does he know I am going after him full speed ahead for defamation and this  report my attorney says is perfect evidence.

 As far as the U Turn Wireless, who is a friend of the above individual, he did not wish to wait  further for the individual to get here to purchase the business.  His money was returned in full and  I have in fact, the cancelled check for anyone to see.  I am also going after him for defamation.

 Another desperate measure but great evidence for my attorney in the defamation case.

At the end of the day this is probably a good testimonial as it
the first complaint that Susan Mycko has had in doing business for the past 9
years.  This is a case of sour grapes between two clients one who put
time and money into getting a visa to buy a business only to find out
there was no business to buy as it had been run into the ground.  After
all his time, money and effort he feels entitled to the deposit.
