SWANSON VITAMINS - LEE Swanson false misleading fraudulent advertising no response ripoff Fargo North Dakota

Swanson placed an ad on Goggle with the cAPTION: WE BEAT ANY PRICE. We will DOUBLE THE DIFFERENCE ON ANY BETTER OFFER.

I called the company with a better offer by $4.95 per item. They informed me that i would have to send in the proof of my claim by mail, even though the company states that internet offers can be confirmed by email.
I submitted the offer by mail. No response for almost thirty days. They removed the Goggle ad, and then denied the claim based on " their policy to remove any offer at any time, and their decision was final as to approval of the offer". I wrote the President Lee SWanson, assuming he was an honest person, only to find that my certified letter was ignored.

I previously had attempted to contact the marketing department as to why they pulled the Google ad after I submitted my " better offer", and they refused to talk about " their policies.

AVOID SWANSON. If they fraudulently advertise and then by a click of the button, remove their Google ad. Five no response to a legitimate better offer, and fail to comply with their advertising claim. They are an outfit not worth doing business with.

This bring to question the substance of their products, how one could rely on the quality, and representations of what is really in their bottles.

Some may recall the GNC (General Nutrition Corp) products which were tested, and found be totally deficient in what was represented on the label.

I believe this outfit could be a full step ahead of the scam that GNC was caught conning the public by false labelling.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY. THEY ARE SKILLED CROOKS.
