Shortly after April 27, 2016 when the Swanson Vitamin company was sold to Swander Pace Capital I began receiving emails advertising sales and 'special deals'. Currently my email is filled with up to five of these 'junk' emails a day.

A few days ago I looked up a product, liquid hazelnut stevia drops and they were priced at about $7.50 per bottle. Today I received an add for 15% off and free shipping on orders over $25.00.

When I went to order the same product today in response to the sale offer, the price now is $10.99. This is not the first or even second time I have noticed massive price increases right after 'sales' are announced by the new owners of Swanson.

I used to trust the Swanson brands and quality of service. I consider the above example of fraudulent advertising or 'bait and switch' advertising to be unethical and possibly criminal. I have to ask whether I can trust my health to the new owner of the company who appears to be willing to do anything to make money.

Lee Swanson and the Swanson Vitamin company have not only lost my loyalty, but I don't trust the quality of their products any more. Lee, you should be ashamed of yourself.

If anyone has the money and resources, I would suggest testing some of their products at random to see whether they are even selling what they advertise.
