People, PLEASE investigate before you give any company. $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 or $8,000 on your credit card. I am an ex employee of these companies and many of them are located in both Northern and Southern Utah....here is how it works. You are wanting to start a business and your seeking a grant. So you go to the internet, purchase some software whether it be a CD or perhaps a download so you can learn how to write a grant....that was your first mistake. But ok, now about two or three days later you get a call from someone who claims to be a consultant or a start up specialist and they begin to talk about your ideas, your dreams, your plans and suddenly your emotional....very emotional. And now Mr. jones we just need to ask you a few questions they say. How many credit cards do you have? Now, how much do you owe on those? ok, now how much credit do you have on those cards? If you have at least $4,000 credit available then BAMM!!!....you suddenly qualify to talk to one of the Director's...who by the way is someone in their 30's who has no more education than you and i do. And Whola, your in and are miraculously accepted into the program. Now understand folks, based on how much money you have on your credit card, dictates how much it will cost you to join the program....GET IT. You will have Mrs jones who wants to open a clothes store and Mrs smith who also wants to open a clothes store and yet Mrs jones has to pay $8,000 and Mrs smith has to pay only $3,000. GET IT...

Oh lord, please people.....these are telemarketing phone rooms you are talking to. they make ALOT of money and have fancy web sites and professional sounding people on the phone. Go to consumer affairs, the better business bureau and this website to view the thousands that are ripped off every day. I know you have dreams and you are excited but please stop, take a deep breath and use your common sense...If ANYONE asks you for your credit card information. HANG UP....these are not people associated with the government in any way and EVERY SINGLE one of them have a terrible rating with the better business bereau.
