Synergy Pro Consulting Misleading information, Promised you would get grants, You do 95% of the work St George Utah

I did not know the call from Synergy Pro Consulting was a telemarketing call.

I had ordered a book that told me about Grants. When I went on line to search the information, I was contacted by Synergy Pro Consulting. I asked twice if they were with the book company, and was told not directly, but they worked very close with them.

I was asked how much Grant money did I need, and before I could answer, I was asked if I had any credit card debt?, How about a dream vacation?, How much money would it take to make me debt free? Before I knew it, We were up to $300,000.00. The fee of $6350.00, that I paid on 12/19/2008, was a small price to pay compared to what we could recieve.

I was led to believe that Synergy Pro Consulting would do most of the actual work to get the proposals written and presented to the Grant committees. The personal coaching sessions were like a computer surfing class. The sites that I was to search for Grant information, was free to everyone. The coaching archives that I was to have access to, had not been updated since 12/22/2008.

I sent E-mail on 03/03/2009 and was told that Kirsten Mitchell was going to call me. As of 03/27/2009 I have not heard from her.

I mailed out a letter, along with copies of the E-mails that I had sent, and a copy of the Better Business Bureau's rating, which was a c- Still I have not heard a reply.

I requested most of my money to be refunded. I offered to pay $750.00 to cover their cost of the 7 personal coaching sessions, and the arranging of the information for the business plan that I had supplied. It was written almost word for word from the copy that I gave to them.

I am very disappointed, and want a Refund.

Please do not fall for this the way I did.
