I called Synergy Pro Consulting today (1-15-07). I talked to the lady that sets up the consulting (I guess?). She told me that they don't have any money back policy in writing. I explained to her that the Rep that I spoke to on 10-22-04 had told me that if I could'nt get an grant/award I would get a refund of the $4200.00 that I paid for their service.

I explained to her that I would'nt have even done this with some kind of a money back policy. She could tell me my old cell phone #, Address, But needed to request my file to look it over. She then said that she will call me back to discuss it over with me. I'll Give it tell the end of the week. My advice is to make the call and try to get your money back,and if not, then Lets help each other notify the proper authorities.
