My wife and I were contacted by Mel Feller after we had researched acquiring grants, we were told that our Import Export business idea was great and that there were many grants for what we were doing. That their business plan staff could construct a business plan that could get us a grant, and that we would receive weekly coaching and that he would be our coach. But we needed to send $6700.00 dollars for them to help us. Money that we could file on and get back on our taxes. Sounds good if you are looking for a $500,000 grant.  Well we were to receive a funding resource CD and a manual with needed information which we did not get for months after signing up(signed up in aug 09) we have not received one constructive coaching session - just bull talk about how our business really sounds great and go to this web site and look up information-general stuff that you don't need to pay to find out  its free on the web. We have had three coaches, we have complaned each time that they do nothing ( I mean don't call at all) so they push us to another nothing coach! They have taken money that we were going to use to get started ,now everything is set back and money is much harder to come by with this economy They take up so much of your time with the tele confrence that sometimes it sounds taped (I have heard excact conversations more then once) and research that leads no were. They have gotten our money now so I feel that we are totally screwed. We just want our money back.
