TECO Deposit charged Florida

Maybe it's time for someone to do something about TECO. Outrageous demanding fees as a deposit once you pay them late. When are we supposed to get this money back? NEVER. Unless you move out of the State, if you look at the consumer reviews and Ripoff Report and Consumer report, it's hundreds of complaints. It's absurd that you pay them on time for years and when you are in difficulties paying bills and living pay check to pay check and struggling to pay them as we go that is when they charge you a huge fee and threatening you if you do not pay they will turn the electricity off. Maybe once one person does something about it they will have to stop. This has to be against the law what they are doing. The Cxxxxx family Seffner Florida
