 Placed an order totalling $54.85 on the 25th Nov 16. We have not received the items (as of 16th Jan 2017) and we always get the same automated email response when we email them. We are in Australia so calling the 24x7 customer support number will cost us a lot of money.

 Items finally arrived after we contacted PayPal to reverse the charges. My mother was extremely happy with the products.
