 I had ordered two shirts that looked amazing on November 28 2016 they were going to be what I thought the best Christmas present ever for my mom and grandpa one shirt was xl that said this grandma belongs to and then the name of all six of her grandchildren with little people above the appropriate name The second shirt was in large that read this cool great grandpa belongs to then the names of all six of his great grandchildren. About a week ago I was getting a little more then frustrated with them not answering my emails or Facebook messages that I went to there website to see if I could find there phone number. I found the number only now I wanted to read over some of the comments again like I had done before I ordered only this time you could tell that a lot of comments had been deleted and the few that were there were horrible comments about the company from angry customers I had spent over 80 dollars on these shirts and all I want is either the product I was promised or my money back. I have the emails sent the Facebook messages sent and my bank statement to proven that they have taken my money I have tried calling there a bunch of times but you just get sent to a voice mail I left several messages and they didn't get back to me on that either they have within the last couple of days sent me emails the same email that they had sent weeks before so they don't mean anything to me now at this point in some cases the messages I got back didn't even make sense to the question I had asked Thank you so much for taking the time to read over what I had to say I really appreciate it hope you have a great day.
