It was shady from the get-go: advertisement said free shipping and I was charged shipping. I sent them a message on Facebook asking if I can get a refund for the shipping and showed them the photo that proved it was supposed to be free shipping and after a couple of days they got back to me and said yes they can refund. I asked them when I will receive my item as it is a Christmas present, and they promised I would receive it before Christmas. For the 4 business days leading up to Christmas, I kept messaging them with no response asking where my shipping charge refund was and where was my tracking number? They got back to me in the new year saying it's being ready to be shipped and they'll give me the tracking number when they have it. I said no this is unacceptable, I have been waiting since Nov 29th I demand my order be sent by the end of the day. No response. I then messaged them again saying if I don't have a tracking number by the end of the day, I'm filing a dispute to get a refund. They got back to me saying my item has already been shipped, they can't give me a refund because it would be "bad for business" so I replied back outlining all the things they've been doing that are bad for business like lying to and stealing from potential customers. They never replied. I messaged them again saying I am filing a dispute and then they blocked me from Facebook.
