I ordered a shirt (for $30!) for my mom for mother's day with her grand kids' names listed on it. Even though I filled out the online form clearly and correctly, they included 2 entries on the shirt for my one daughter (she has a hyphenated name, Mary-Sue, and they had one "Mary" and one "Sue"), making the shirt useless except from a cutting up and using as a car wash rag perspective. I contacted customer service and "Sam" said the best they could do was give me 30% off a replacement! Also, it took like a month to get the shirt to begin with. What a ripoff!!
