Tele Check Check Denial Houston Texas

According to a tele check representative, I wrote 3 checks on 5/16/15 which could have been considered a fraudulent checking account.  Checks were written to Wal Mart, Schnucks Grocery and Farm Fresh Dairy.  On 5/22 my check written to Farm Fresh Dairy was denied.  When I called tele check on 5/22/15 phone number 800 366 2425 I was informed I needed to wait 7 days before I could write another check.  The representative informed me that my account had not had any deficiencies on their record.  That is all the explanation other than the possible fraudulent checking account that I was givien.  A letter has been written to tele check that if this happened again, I would file a Small Claims charge with the Belleville, Illinois Court House.  This has happened again today (5/27/15) on a check written to Walgreens, Belleville, Illinois at 11:45 AM.  It was necessary for me to again charge the purchase to my personal credit card.  I will continue forward with the Small Claim charge tomorrow or Friday.
